Job Scope:
- Contact customer to arrange for appointments for the installation or cut-off of gas pipes / gas/ water heater or appliances.
- Handle customers’ enquiries on appointments, installation charges and other gas installation related matter.
- Follow up on customer’s enquiries from emails.
- Send SMS/emails to customers on their appointment schedules.
- Promote gas appliances / collaborations with other business partners to potential customers.
- Liaise with term contractor on any services lapse.
- Feedback on any difficult/special cases.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
