Position: Cinema Assistant Manager
- Lead the cinema management team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
- Providing guidance, coaching and mentoring to the cinema management teams
- Handle customer enquiries and manage complaints professionally
- Coordinate and support corporate events and group bookings
- Identify and develop staff with potential for career progression
- Guide, train, and supervise crew members
- Participate in staff motivation
- Ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
