- Managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and sending treatment reminders to patients.
- Send treatment reminders and update patient records accurately
- Assist patient with dispensing prescribed medications and providing clear after-care instructions.
- Handle financial transactions, including collecting payments, issuing receipts, and processing CHAS, Medisave, and other insurance claims.
- Record all treatment charges and retail sales
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and presentable front desk area
- Assist Clinic Manager with administrative tasks as needed
- Min O level
- Min 2 years experience as clinic reception
- Working hours 5.5 days a week (shift)
- Proficient in computer skills
