QC Inspector (Electronic Components) | Precision Manufacturing | Career Growth

What You'll Be Doing
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of electronic components and finished products.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments.
- Inspect products against engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify, document, and report quality issues, defects, and non-conforming materials.
- Perform sampling inspections in accordance with quality procedures and inspection plans.
- Assist in root cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare quality reports.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IPC standards, and company quality procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
✅ What We're Looking For
- Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Experience in QC Inspection , Incoming Quality Control (IQC) , In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) , or Final Quality Control (FQC) within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Familiar with electronic components such as:Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)ConnectorsCapacitorsResistorsSemiconductorsIntegrated Circuits (ICs)
- Able to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience using measuring instruments such as:Vernier CalipersMicrometersHeight GaugesMultimetersOptical Microscopes
- Knowledge of IPC standards , ISO 9001 , or quality inspection methodologies is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
