Core Duties
- Site Operations : Oversee daily work crews and maintain project schedules.
- Safety Enforcement : Strictly follow government and company safety rules.
- Resource Management : Order materials, track stock, and manage worker overtime.
- Team Coordination : Attend coordination meetings and update planners on work status.
Requirements
- Experience : Often requires 2 to 10 years of building construction experience.
- Skills : Strong leadership, blueprint reading, and problem-solving abilities.
- Certifications : Relevant safety or trade certificates depending on local laws
