Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders
- Process purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO)
- Manage and track sales transactions and documentation
Respond to customer enquiries and solve order issues or product-related questions
- Coordinate with internal departments and ensure orders, delivery, and billing flow smoothly across teams
- Help prepare reports, sales documents and assist with tender submissions
- Meet customers/presentations or attend customer/vendor events
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
