Job Summary
Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including wok-fry styles, to support kitchen operations in a live entertainment restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking dishes to meet quality and presentation standards
- Execute wok-fry and other cooking techniques to support menu offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace during shifts
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of cooking experience
- Willingness to work 6 days per week

- Work schedule: 6 days per week
- Salary range: $3,800 to $4,200, depending on experience
