CLEANING OPERATION EXECUTIVE

We are a fast growing dynamic cleaning organization that is actively looking into new cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions in the industry.
Responsibilities- Conduct daily on-site assessments to plan, schedule, and execute cleaning operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and operational benchmarks
- Manage and lead a team of Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Cleaners to deliver high-quality cleaning services within budget constraints and performance KPIs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service requests and customer feedback, driving continuous improvement in service levels and performance standards
- Apply knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards to maintain compliance and promote a safe working environment
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness in cleaning processes
- Communicate professionally via email and other channels to coordinate tasks and report on service outcomes
- Demonstrate autonomy by managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a positive and responsible work attitude
- Utilize PC and smart device proficiency to support operational management and reporting
Required competencies and certifications
- Valid Class 3 Driving License
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience in the cleaning industry
