- Position Title: Regional Sales Executive (Industrial Equipment)
- Working Location: Tuas (Transportation Provided)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8.15 AM – 5.15 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + AWS + Meal Allowance + Company Transportation/Transportation Allowance
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Research market trends and identify new products, services and business opportunities.
- Build relationships with manufacturers and suppliers for potential distributorship opportunities.
- Support management in preparing business proposals and setting up approved new business initiatives.
- Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
- Visit customer sites to understand requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Prepare quotations and deliver product and application presentations.
- Update sales activities, quotations and customer information in the CRM system.
- Review sales performance, market share and competitor activities, and prepare monthly reports.
- Support marketing activities such as trade shows, advertisements, direct mailers and sales seminars.
- Work closely with subsidiary sales teams to support sales targets and business development.
- Help subsidiaries maintain customer databases and track enquiries, quotations, sales and lost opportunities.
- Provide product and application training to subsidiary sales teams.
- Conduct joint customer visits with subsidiaries and review their sales and business development progress.
- Share market feedback and support action plans to develop new customer opportunities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- A-Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of sales and marketing experience is preferred.
- Business development experience is an advantage.
- Technical or industrial product knowledge is an advantage.
- Good communication, presentation and customer-management skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable with 10–20% business travel and occasional extended hours.
- Willing to learn and work closely with customers, suppliers and regional teams.
