Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

. Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.

. Customize and implement ServiceNow features, including workflows, forms, and dashboards.

. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

. Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and integrations.

. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance.

. Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and deployment.

. Provide support for ServiceNow upgrades and new feature releases.

. Document development processes, configurations, and procedures.

Qualifications:

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of ITSM processes.

. Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including JavaScript, Glide, and REST APIs.

. Familiarity with ITIL concepts and methodologies.

. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer).

. Experience with ServiceNow integration with third-party systems.

. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
