Your key responsibilities 

Serve as a Forecast and ReplenishmentPlanning Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the implementation of the RELEX SupplyChain Planning solution for a retail customer in Singapore. The role involvesproviding functional expertise in demand forecasting, inventory replenishment,and supply chain planning processes while supporting the end-to-endimplementation lifecycle.

The incumbent will work closely withbusiness stakeholders, consulting teams, solution architects, and technicalresources to design and implement planning solutions that align with theclient’s business objectives and operational requirements. Responsibilitiesinclude conducting business process assessments, facilitating solution designworkshops, defining functional requirements, reviewing system configurations,validating business processes, and ensuring successful user adoption anddeployment of the solution.

The role requires strong expertise inretail supply chain planning, inventory management, replenishment strategies,forecasting methodologies, and best practices, combined with the ability tobridge business requirements with technology-enabled solutions.

1. Business Process Analysis &Solution Design

• Lead and facilitate businessrequirement gathering workshops with client stakeholders to understand existingforecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment processes.
• Analyze current planning operations and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation through the RELEX platform.
• Provide subject matter expertise on retail forecasting and replenishment planning best practices to support solution design decisions.
• Define future-state business processes and ensure alignment with the client's operational and strategic objectives.
• Participate in solution designdiscussions and review proposed system configurations to ensure businessrequirements are accurately translated into scalable solutions.

2. Functional Consulting &Documentation

• Collaborate closely withconfiguration, development, and integration teams throughout the implementationlifecycle.
• Translate business requirementsinto detailed functional specifications and design documentation.
• Create, review, and validatefunctional design documents, process flows, business rules, and solutionspecifications.
• Provide guidance on replenishment parameters, inventory policies, forecasting methodologies, ordering strategies, and exception management processes.
• Support data validation and review master data, transactional data, and planning-related parameters to ensure solution readiness.

3. Client Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary functional point of contact between the client business teams and the implementation team.
• Facilitate discussions, workshops, and decision-making sessions with senior business stakeholders.
• Address business queries, provide recommendations, and drive resolution of functional issues and design decisions.
• Ensure alignment between business expectations, project objectives, and solution capabilities throughout the implementation.

4. Testing, Validation &Quality Assurance

• Lead User Acceptance Testing(UAT) activities and coordinate testing efforts with client business users.
• Develop and review testscenarios, test scripts, and validation criteria for end-to-end planningprocesses.
• Validate forecasting,replenishment, inventory, and ordering workflows to ensure compliance withbusiness requirements.
• Manage defect triage sessions,prioritize issue resolution, and coordinate with project teams to addressfunctional gaps.
• Support integration testing andbusiness process validation across upstream and downstream systems.

5. Training, Adoption &Go-Live Support

• Conduct knowledge transfersessions and user training workshops for business users and operational teams.
• Assist in cutover planning,go-live readiness assessments, and deployment activities.
• Provide post-go-live support,monitor solution performance, and recommend continuous improvementopportunities.
• Ensure a smooth transition fromproject implementation to business operations while maintaining stakeholderconfidence and solution effectiveness.

To qualify for the role you must have

• A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering or business
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain consulting environment with a focus Supply Chain Planning & execution OR Sourcing and procurement
• Bring your expertise, focusing on a supply chain planning helping customers build and execute supply chain strategy around S&OP / IBP OR focusing on Sourcing & Procurement to help organization to Source and procure effectively and efficiently 

​​​​​​ Ideally, you’ll also have

• Demonstrated experience in one or more supply chain functional areas, including Planning (Demand, Supply, Production, Logistics, IBP/S&OP), Procurement (Source-to-Pay, Category Management, SRM, Procurement Outsourcing), or Supply Chain Operating Model Design.
• Experience with technology-enabled supply chain transformation and implementation initiatives.
