Our client is a leading Real Estate company. They are looking for a Senior/Building Executive to assist their Building team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at Central of Singapore– easily accessible. The Senior/Building Executive is responsible for:
Duties
- Building Inspections & Maintenance : Conduct daily inspections, address issues, and recommend improvements to ensure optimal building conditions.
- Facilities & Contractor Management : Oversee security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and building systems while ensuring contractors meet service standards.
- Fire & Safety Compliance : Act as a CERT member, conduct fire system inspections, and execute fire drills.
- Stakeholder & Tenant Engagement : Maintain strong tenant relationships, handle feedback, and coordinate improvement works with relevant authorities.
- Budget & Procurement Oversight : Assist in budgeting, manage contracts, and ensure proper record-keeping for building operations.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Building Management & Services, or equivalent
- Good-grade business commercial building experience
- Experience in building soft services facilities management
