Job Responsibilities:
· Provide data management, analytics, guidance, and operational support to agency leaders and financial consultants to drive performance and ensure alignment with organisational strategies.
· Support Recruitment Managers in day-to-day operations, including conducting fitness and propriety assessments, facilitating financial consultant interviews, tracking recruitment applications, providing regular status updates, and managing administrative activities related to recruitment and onboarding processes.
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
