- Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Develop seasonal menus that align with current food trends and customer preferences
- Train kitchen staff to uphold high culinary standards and optimize operational efficiency
- Prepare authentic dishes using appropriate wok cooking techniques to ensure quality and taste
- Lead the team in daily cleaning of kitchen stations to maintain strict hygiene standards
- Organize mise en place for lunch and dinner services to guarantee timely food preparation
- Apply precise knife and cutting skills to prepare ingredients safely and efficiently
- Communicate and interpret instructions in English and Chinese to support seamless kitchen operations
