Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records in Warehouse Management System (WMS) , Vendor Automation System and Customer SAP System.
• Monitor inbound, outbound, and internal stock movements.
• Ensure proper inventory transactions are recorded timely and accurately.
• Manage stock adjustments and investigate inventory variances.

Stock Control

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.
• Perform quarterly physical inventory counts with customer.
• Reconcile physical inventory against system records.
• Identify root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Operational Support

• Coordinate with warehouse operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor inventory locations and optimize stock placement.
• Support receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping activities related to inventory control.
• Support Scrap, DN cancellation and any other exceptional activities

Reporting & Analysis

• Generate inventory reports and KPI dashboards.
• Track inventory accuracy, stock aging, damages, and shortages.
• Analyse inventory trends and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare reports for management review.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, customer requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain inventory documentation and audit records.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure proper handling of damaged, obsolete, or expired inventory.

• Cycle count completion rate
• Stock discrepancy resolution time

• Inventory record accuracy
• Customer inventory compliance

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of warehouse inventory control experience.
• Experience using WMS and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Automation Software).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting tools.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Working Conditions

• Warehouse environment.
• May require shift work, overtime, or weekend support during stock counts and peak periods.
• Frequent walking and movement within the warehouse.

Preferred Experience

• 3PL logistics and contract logistics environment.
• Multi-customer warehouse operations.
• Experience managing high-volume inventory and cycle count programs.
• Knowledge of KPI tracking and continuous improvement methodologies.
