Job Title: Logistics & Operations Supervisor
Salary: SGD 3,600 – SGD 4,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and oversee daily stock deliveries to company outlets.
* Ensure products and supplies are delivered accurately and on time.
* Monitor product quality and consistency across all outlets.
* Conduct regular outlet inspections and maintain operational standards.
* Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
* Support staff scheduling and manpower coordination.
* Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene and food safety standards.
* Handle day-to-day operational issues and provide on-site support when required.
* Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 and Class 4 Driving Licence and perform delivery duties when necessary.
* Assist in maintaining smooth operations across multiple outlets.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, delivery, operations, retail or F&B industry.
* Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 and Class 4 Driving Licence.
* Experience in delivery coordination, inventory control and daily operations.
* Able to work independently and supervise daily operational activities.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Experience in multi-outlet operations will be an advantage.
