Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware, software, networks, and related systems.
- Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor system performance and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal reliability and security.
- Assist in the implementation, deployment, and upgrading of IT infrastructure and technology solutions.
- Support server, network, cloud, and endpoint management activities where applicable.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, asset records, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to support project delivery and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity practices, and industry standards.
- Participate in system testing, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in IT infrastructure, technical support, systems administration, or network engineering is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi), and virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, cybersecurity practices, backup solutions, or firewall technologies is an advantage.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
