Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination and delivery of projects across the organisation.
The successful candidate should have experience working for a vendor or service provider, managing project activities, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end planning and delivery of projects.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams and other stakeholders.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables and dependencies.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes and action trackers.
- Organise project meetings and follow up on outstanding action items.
- Monitor project risks, issues and changes, and escalate concerns when required.
- Assist with resource planning, scheduling and budget tracking.
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality standards.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and management.
- Support the Project Manager in managing multiple projects concurrently.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Around 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- Experience working for a vendor, consultancy, system integrator or service provider is preferred.
- Experience in API/Swift is preferred.
- Experience coordinating with clients and internal delivery teams.
- Good understanding of project management processes and documentation.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and follow up closely on deliverables.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project or similar tools would be advantageous.
