Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce high-quality content across multiple formats including videos, graphics, blog posts, and social media posts
- Conceptualise and execute creative content ideas that align with brand identity and audience engagement goals
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent and timely publishing across all platforms
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce compelling visual and written content
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and optimise strategies based on data insights
- Stay updated on content trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging digital formats
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Build and grow brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- People-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive, and motivated by achieving results
- Comfortable engaging with both candidates and clients professionally
