RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, design and administer contract/project of mechanical andelectrical engineering works for building services.
- Perform tender evaluations and prepare tender evaluation reports
- Attend technical and progress meetings with client, architects,consultants and contractors
- Manage the projects and identify any non-conformity of contractor’s workat site
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 years of relevant industry experience.
- Relevant working experience in an M&E Consulting firm is and added advantage.
- Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM software is an added advantage.
- Able to work as a team, assertive, independent and proactive.
- Has involved in Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Institutional projects.
- Candidates without relevant working experience but with good interpersonal skills will be considered.
