Inhouse Painter

Job Overview: Maintain the aesthetic condition, overall image, and property value of Wilby Residences through timely painting and surface maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Painting Operations: Carry out touch-ups, full unit painting, and surface protection clear daily work orders and manage tenant requests.

• Safety & Maintenance: Keep paint containers tightly sealed, maintain job-site housekeeping, and lock up tools at the end of each workday.

• Workplace Coordination: Liaise with supervisors regarding water seepage issues notify tenants before starting scheduled works.

• Inventory & Quality: Monitor paint/tool stock levels, conduct monthly storage safety checks, and inspect completed works for quality assurance.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in residential or commercial painting and basic surface maintenance.

• Knowledge of painting equipment, safety procedures, and fire safety compliance in storage areas.

• Strong communication skills to coordinate with tenants, team members, and external vendors.

• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
