Talent Acquisition - Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across various channels.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target the right talent pools.
- Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen and assess candidates based on qualifications and cultural fit.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our visibility and attract top talent.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
Key Requirements:
- A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- CEI Certificate is preferred
- Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for finding exceptional talent.
