Responsibilities
- Lead integrated portfolio strategy across vaccines and pharma, balancing performance with launches and pipeline
- Direct end-to-end commercial readiness for multiple launches with milestones, decision points, and risk mitigation
- Build healthcare market understanding in Singapore and Brunei; translate insights into strategic decisions
- Develop and coach product managers; establish performance cadence with leading and lagging indicators
- Mobilise cross-functional teams across sales, medical, access, regulatory, and finance to resolve priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or related discipline
- Substantial marketing and commercial experience in pharmaceuticals, vaccines, healthcare, or regulated sectors
- Demonstrated leadership of complex portfolios, launches, or cross-functional programmes
- People-management experience with coaching, development, and performance leadership capabilities
- Strong customer, brand, forecasting, and resource-allocation capability
- Fluent written and verbal English communication with demonstrated ethics and integrity commitment
