- Based in a Hospital
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established clinical standards, hospital policies, and nursing protocols.
- Administer medications, intravenous therapy, injections, wound care, and other prescribed treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor, assess, and document patients' clinical conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment, escalating concerns promptly to the medical team.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and medical emergencies while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Perform nursing procedures such as specimen collection, catheterization, nasogastric tube insertion, and other clinical interventions within scope of practice.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Nursing
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
