Order Fulfilment Executive (Food indus/ Customer Experience, North, 5 days office hours)
We are seeking a customer-focused professional to support end-to-end customer service operations and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the service journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries and service requests through various communication channels.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support efficient order fulfilment and service delivery.
- Monitor and follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying service enhancement opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare reports and provide updates on customer service activities.
- Support additional administrative or operational duties as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
- Experience in customer service, customer support, sales support, order management, or similar functions.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with ERP, CRM, or business systems.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
