Assistant Warehouse Manager (FMCG Products)

Our client is a well-established MNC and a leading provider of integrated logistics and supply chain solutions with a strong global presence. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join their operations team. They are located in the East – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise warehouse manpower and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Plan and optimize warehouse space allocation for incoming inventory.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure timely order processing, picking, packing, and shipment according to operational schedules.
- Track operational performance and ensure service levels are achieved.
- Review, update, and implement warehouse operational procedures and work instructions.
- Maintain compliance with warehouse safety and operational standards.
- Prepare operational reports and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or FMCG warehousing.
- Hands-on knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfilment, and warehouse planning.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
