- Salary up to $2,500
Jobscope :
- Source and procure materials, packaging, consumables, and ad-hoc items according to business requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and expiry dates, ensuring timely replenishment and purchase orders.
- Liaise with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and related documentation.
- Inspect incoming goods and resolve any delivery or documentation discrepancies.
- Maintain inventory data, including lead times and Re-order Points (ROP), in CISPRO.
- Update operational activity reports in SharePoint and track supply-related issues.
- Process Goods Received (GR) upon receipt of signed Delivery Orders.
- Coordinate shipment requests between customers, suppliers, forwarders, and couriers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure goods are accurately accounted for, securely handled, and safeguarded throughout warehouse operations.
- Support the achievement of operational, financial, and productivity targets.
