Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salary computation, overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore payroll regulations, including CPF, SDL, IRAS, and MOM requirements.
- Prepare payroll reports, maintain payroll records, and respond to payroll-related enquiries.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Record receipts, reconcile customer payments, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end closing and basic financial reporting.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of payroll and accounting records.
- Support ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Salary:

Requirements:
- Diploma, LCCI, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Basic accounting knowledge is required.
- Experience in payroll processing is preferred.
- Familiarity with Singapore payroll regulations (CPF, SDL, IRAS, MOM) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with accounting or payroll software is an advantage.
- Meticulous, organised, and able to handle confidential information.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
