JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales & Restaurant Operations Executive
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and issue sales invoices and transaction documents.
Verify customer orders, personal information and payment details.
Communicate with customers by phone or email to answer enquiries and obtain missing information.
Maintain and update customer, sales and order records.
Prepare and compile weekly, monthly and annual sales and revenue reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to expedite customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
Forward customer feedback and complaints to the relevant departments for appropriate follow-up.
Identify new products and opportunities to expand the range of products offered.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales department as required.
Coordinate and oversee daily restaurant and catering operations.
Ensure high standards of food and beverage service and maximize customer satisfaction.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and resolve service issues effectively.
Review product quality regularly and identify suitable new suppliers and vendors.
Organize and supervise staff shifts to ensure adequate manpower coverage.
Monitor staff performance, provide feedback and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
Estimate and monitor requirements for food products, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies and other operational items.
Ensure compliance with applicable food hygiene, sanitation, workplace safety and operational requirements.
Maintain a positive restaurant image and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience.
Monitor operational costs and implement measures to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
Prepare detailed weekly, monthly and annual reports covering revenue, expenses and operational performance.
Support promotional activities and promote the restaurant brand within the local community through events and customer engagement.
Recommend suitable marketing initiatives, including promotions, discounts and social media advertising, to reach a wider customer base.
Train new and existing employees on proper customer service standards and operational procedures.
Implement and maintain policies, procedures and protocols to support smooth and effective restaurant operations.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform other related duties and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements
Willing and able to work on weekends and Public Holidays when required.
Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence .
Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple operational responsibilities.
Strong organizational, supervisory and problem-solving skills.
