Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Lead and manage all departments to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations.
- Drive hotel revenue, profitability and overall business performance.
- Monitor budgets, financial performance and operating costs.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate and develop the management team and employees.
- Work closely with Heads of Department to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, statutory requirements, health and safety standards and operating procedures.
- Build and maintain good relationships with guests, clients, business partners and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service standards and revenue.
- Provide regular updates on hotel performance and key operational matters to the owners and senior management.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant hotel management experience, preferably with experience in a senior management position.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, financial management and revenue management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Commercially minded, results-oriented and customer-focused.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
