Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and engage effectively with customers and team members to build positive relationships
- Demonstrate high energy and confidence to create a positive and motivating atmosphere during daily activities
- Maintain punctuality and reliability to support flexible scheduling including days, evenings, and weekends
- Adapt quickly to fast-paced, social work environments to meet team and individual goals
- Follow coaching and training guidance to improve sales techniques and achieve targets
- Take accountability for meeting performance goals and contributing to team success
Required competencies and certifications
- Right to work locally and hold any necessary local certifications for employment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- No experience or degree required
