Job Summary
You will develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive student recruitment, enhance brand awareness, and engage stakeholders across multiple platforms, producing compelling bilingual content and managing campaigns to optimize institutional outreach.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing and social media strategies to increase student recruitment, brand visibility, and stakeholder engagement
- Plan and manage a content calendar for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, WeChat, and Xiaohongshu to ensure consistent messaging
- Create original content such as social media posts, campaign copy, articles, short-form videos, student stories, interviews, presentations, and promotional materials tailored to diverse audiences
- Produce, film, and edit short videos for social media campaigns, program promotions, student engagement, and institutional events
- Develop marketing content in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with local and international students, parents, and education partners, supporting diverse audience needs
- Manage and optimize paid and organic digital campaigns, including social media advertising, search engine marketing, website content, and email marketing to maximize reach and conversions
- Collaborate with Admissions, Academic, Student Services, and Management teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of program and institutional information
- Prepare monthly digital marketing reports and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Support online and on-campus recruitment activities, webinars, open houses, education fairs, livestreams, and other institutional events to boost engagement
- Ensure all published materials comply with institutional brand guidelines, private education regulations, and personal data protection laws
- Maintain an organized digital library of photographs, videos, design files, campaign materials, and approved institutional content for easy access and use
