- Responsible for project brief formulation, design conceptualization and presentation
- Familiar with building regulations
- Able to work within a team and in a fast-paced environment
- Support the overall management of projects together with Directors and Design Team
- Plan preparation & submission for planning and building plan clearances
- Architectural details & specifications
- Tender process
- Contract and construction management
- TOP & CSC procedures and completion/ handover of project
- Work with consultants and project specialist with meet project needs
- Meet clients to update on project progress and expectations.
- Identify issues, risks and conflicts and delegate as required
- Training and supervision of Junior Staff
Requirements
- Master / Degree in Architecture or its equivalent
- Substantial experiences in architectural practice 8 years and above in design and managing projects
- Registered with the Board of Architects
- Familiarize with Industrial Projects preferred
- With hands-on experience as well as leading project team to deliver according to committed schedules
- Familar with BIM (Revit), AutoCad, Lumion, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects & PhotoShop
