Food Production Supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of food factory processing procedures, including cooked food preparation, frozen meal production, marinating and food preservation.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Willingness to work on a permanent night shift.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and food safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with inventory management, stock control, and proper storage procedures.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure smooth operational flow from the factory to retail outlets.
- Comfortable working in a cold room while wearing the required protective equipment.
- Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge to perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs is an advantage but not mandatory.
