Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and control quality documents, SOPs, and records
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external certification audit
- Monitor compliance, temperature records, and operational quality standards
- Prepare audit reports and ensure timely closure of findings
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality awareness
