Warehouse Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving all incoming inventories.
- Picking, sorting, labelling, and packing inventories to prepare for delivery.
- Perform cycle counts and stock takes to ensure accuracy.
- Execute stock transfers within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Conduct incoming and outgoing checks/arrangements for IC and transformer products.
- Participate in annual stock-take activities.
- Liaise with HQ regarding incoming shipments.
- Monitor packing material stock levels and replenish when running low.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse premises.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

- Ability to working independently with minimum supervision
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems, preferably SAP, would be an advantage.
- Well-versed in warehouse operations
