Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Shipping Support: Prepare and manage shipping documents, delivery orders, packing lists, and invoices. Coordinate dispatches with drivers, carriers, and external vendors.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock movement, and assist with regular physical stock checks
- Data Entry & Reporting: Perform data entry and generate inventory
- General Administration: Handle emails, phone inquiries, filing and provide support for day-to-day operation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- Experience: 1-2 years working experience preferred
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and Word)
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated, good communication skills and team player
