Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities/accounts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets and key accounts
- Provide technical consultation and solution proposals to customers based on their requirements
- Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and cost breakdowns
- Support customers throughout the project lifecycle—from initial concept to mass production
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Participate in negotiations, contract discussions, and project execution planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in related fields.
- Proven track record of acquiring customers and closing commercially profitable deals.
- Experience leading and developing a sales or business development team.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and professional presentation capability.
- Inquisitive and analytical, with the ability to understand customer operations, identify potential risks and propose practical solutions.
