- Working Days: Monday-Saturday
- Working Hours: 8am-5pm
- Salary: $2,300-$2,800 + PB
Job Description
- Handle daily production administrative work and data entry, including production output, usage and wastage records.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, records and spreadsheets.
- Handle recipes, costing and production data, including recipe calculations, ingredient and product costing.
- Perform Excel data entry, calculations, analysis and reporting.
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Purchasing and other departments on production-related administrative matters.
- Assist the Production Manager with administrative follow-up and production-related tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in F&B, Food Technology, Culinary, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in F&B administration, food manufacturing or production administration.
- Familiarity with F&B or food manufacturing processes and costing.
- Experience handling recipes, ingredient costing and production data will be an advantage.
