Solution Sales Manager (Data Center)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and well-organized Solution Sales Manager to expand our Data Center solution offerings. In this role, you will build strategic client relationships—starting in Singapore and scaling globally—while managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle, presenting complex technical solutions, and engaging with executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Development: Establish and nurture long-term strategic relationships with target accounts, initially focusing on Singapore with expansion into global markets.
Solution Selling: Drive end-to-end sales cycles for existing clients and new prospects, engaging both direct customers and channel partners.
Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Qualify opportunities, develop comprehensive business proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, lead customer reviews, and execute deal closures.
Executive Engagement: Articulate clear value propositions and build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product and solution presentations to clients, consultants, and stakeholders, including hosting prospective clients at showroom facilities.
Tender & Bid Management: Independently manage tender submissions and proposal developments within strict deadlines.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive movement, analyze market trends, and maintain up-to-date insight into key target accounts.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven solution selling and business development experience within enterprise and/or data center sectors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred, or equivalent background in Engineering.
Industry Domain: Knowledge of data center infrastructure or cooling solutions is highly advantageous.
Track Record: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales performance metrics in target-driven environments.
Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent relationship management capability, and clear verbal/written communication skills.
Work Style: High-energy, self-motivated, and capable of operating independently or within lean team structures in dynamic market conditions.
Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally as required (approximately 25% travel required; travel expenses covered per company policy).
