- Up to RM 8,000 per Month + 1-month Completion Bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, job profiles and talent needs.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment databases, referrals and other talent channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews and competency assessments to evaluate suitability.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage candidate communications and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and decision-making.
- Support offer management, salary negotiation and pre-employment processes.
- Monitor recruitment progress, hiring timelines and key recruitment metrics.
- Provide regular updates and recruitment insights to hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, employment legislation and internal hiring procedures.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, career fairs and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
Role Requirements
- Good knowledge of recruitment practices and employment regulations in Malaysia.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably within a multinational, manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical or technology environment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple job functions and levels.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, particularly through LinkedIn and online recruitment platforms.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with hiring managers and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using an ATS or recruitment management system is an advantage.
