**About the role**
Multiplier is looking for a reliable and organized **Equipment and Operations Assistant** to support equipment coordination and day-to-day operational tasks for a distributed team.
This is a fully remote position for a candidate located in the United States who is comfortable coordinating shipments, maintaining records, communicating with team members, and providing basic technical assistance.
**Responsibilities**
* Coordinate the shipment and return of company equipment.
* Receive, package, and arrange delivery of laptops and accessories.
* Track shipments and maintain accurate equipment records.
* Coordinate equipment replacements, returns, and deliveries.
* Assist with basic laptop and peripheral setup.
* Perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
* Communicate with team members regarding equipment and delivery status.
* Keep equipment and company information secure.
* Maintain organized records and follow established procedures.
**Requirements**
* Currently located in the United States.
* 1+ year of experience in operations, administration, logistics, IT support, or a similar role.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, and common peripherals.
* Comfortable coordinating shipments and handling electronic equipment.
* Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote-work environment.
* Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
* Professional written and verbal English communication.
**Preferred Experience**
* Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, or similar shipping services.
* Previous experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
* Basic IT support or hardware troubleshooting experience.
* Experience maintaining inventory or equipment records.
**Compensation**
**$3,500–$4,500 USD per month**, depending on experience and qualifications.
Approved business-related expenses are reimbursed according to company policy.
