Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, promote services, convert enquiries into sales, and build strong customer relationships, contributing to company growth through effective marketing and collaboration with design and project teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate new leads and enhance brand awareness
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via online marketing, social media, referrals, and networking
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries, assess their needs, and recommend suitable interior design and renovation solutions
- Present and explain design concepts, renovation services, and project solutions clearly and professionally to customers
- Follow up with potential customers, arrange consultations and site visits, and convert leads into confirmed projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Collaborate closely with interior design and project teams to understand project requirements and relay accurate information to customers
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with relevant teams to support sales efforts
- Negotiate with customers to achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals
- Monitor and track leads, enquiries, and sales opportunities to optimize conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and project progress for reporting and analysis
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review to inform strategic decisions
- Stay informed on interior design, renovation, carpentry, and market trends to better address customer needs
- Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions, events, and other marketing activities to increase market presence
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in sales, marketing, interior design, renovation, carpentry, or construction industries is advantageous
- Proficiency in social media and digital marketing platforms to generate and nurture leads
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with designers and project teams
- Target-driven, proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills
- Good follow-up skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to meet customers, attend site visits, and work outside the office as needed
- Possession of a valid driving licence and own transport is an advantage
- Good command of English
