Job Summary
Support clinical governance and medical affairs functions through meeting coordination, policy administration, stakeholder engagement, and project support to ensure smooth governance processes within a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Governance & Committee Support
• Coordinate and manage meetings, including agenda planning, presentation collation, and minute-taking
• Follow up on action items and support implementation of committee decisions
• Maintain governance records and ensure timely updates of committee-related matters
Clinical Policy & Documentation Support
• Support review, coordination, and approval of clinical governance documents and policies
• Ensure accurate documentation and proper tracking of policy updates
Stakeholder Coordination & Project Support
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support governance-related processes and projects
• Assist in coordination, communication, and implementation of governance initiatives
• Support administrative and operational matters related to Medical Affairs
