Job Summary
Support architectural projects by preparing design and presentation drawings, submission documentation, and construction drawings while coordinating with authorities, consultants, and clients to ensure project compliance and quality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed design and presentation drawings to effectively communicate concepts to clients
- Develop submission drawings and compile documentation to meet regulatory authority requirements
- Assist senior architects in producing construction and working drawings, including tender documentation, to support project execution
- Coordinate project requirements and approvals by liaising with relevant authorities, consultants, and clients
- Utilize Bim Modelling (Revit or ArchiCAD), AutoCAD, SketchUp to produce accurate and high-quality drafting work for architectural projects
