Job Description
- Coordinate and manage IT environments to support development and testing activities.
- Ensure availability and stability of IT environments in alignment with project timelines.
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to resolve environment-related issues.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot potential issues in IT environments.
- Maintain documentation related to environment configurations and setups.
- Assist in planning and executing environment upgrades or changes.
- Support the implementation of best practices for environment management.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align environment needs with business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful IT Environment Management Analyst should have:
- Strong understanding of IT environment management practices.
- Experience in the technology department of the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
