Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer to design, develop, and support high-performance test systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust hardware solutions and ensure seamless system integration in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop hardware systems for advanced test equipment to meet system requirements
- Define detailed hardware specifications and schematics aligned with project goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate hardware components effectively
- Lead prototype bring-up activities and conduct hardware debugging focused on noise, accuracy, bandwidth, and jitter issues
- Perform hardware characterization, validation, and optimize performance for reliability and efficiency
- Support system-level integration tasks, including timing and calibration feature implementation
- Drive problem-solving and debugging efforts throughout the product lifecycle to resolve hardware issues
- Contribute actively to technical discussions and promote continuous improvement within an agile engineering environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in hardware design and development
- Proven expertise in hardware debugging and system validation
- Solid understanding of system-level hardware design and integration
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Exposure to FPGA or software collaboration to enhance hardware development processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to complex hardware challenges
- Effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic engineering environment
