AM/ Manager - E Commerce

The E-Commerce Assistant Manager / Manager is responsible for managing the development, performance, and growth of products and offers sold through the RWS and SGO websites, as well as China digital platforms (e.g. WeChat mini programme).
The role covers product management, business development, e-commerce operations, and project management, with a focus on growing key markets, driving online revenue, and improving commercial performance through data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of products and offers across the RWS website and China digital platforms (e.g. WeChat Mini Programmes), from opportunity identification and development through launch, optimisation, and retirement.
- Own and grow a portfolio of online products, including attraction tickets, bundled experiences, hotel packages, events, dining offerings, and promotions.
- Analyse market trends, consumer insights, travel demand patterns, and customer purchase behavior to identify opportunities for product development and business growth.
- Monitor product performance, sales trends, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
- Identify partnership opportunities and collaborate on joint promotions and campaigns that support digital sales objectives.
- Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate across internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of product launches, campaigns, platform enhancements, and business initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce, product management, business development, or digital commerce. Prior experience in the tourism or lifestyle industry will be advantageous.
- Proven experience managing products or offers from development through launch and optimisation.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience driving online sales and business growth.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), WeChat Mini Programmes, or similar platforms is an advantage.
