Entrepreneurial and analytical, you’re the driving force of Maximum’s digital media campaigns. Responsible for campaign set-up, ongoing management, reporting, and overall effectiveness, you bring data-driven insights and optimization strategies to a growing number of Web projects, Search, Display, Mobile and Social campaigns across China and the APAC region.     

The source of knowledge for all things media
Reporting to the Research Director, you own all things media and analytics-related for the agency. And so, as well as running campaigns, you also support new and existing business with advice, the latest media trends, market intelligence, channel recommendations, and industry best practices.   

Space to get creative
We’re a small agency, and you’re the media specialist on the team, so it’s up to you to run things the way you think they should. If you’ve got clear ideas about the best way to manage media projects internally and externally, that’s precisely what we’re looking for. And so as much as this is about helping clients achieve their campaign goals, this is great opportunity drive your own agenda, too.

You’re a specialist with complete ownership and control over your work. But that individual responsibility doesn’t mean you work isolation. Far from it. Our team is split across Shanghai, Singapore, and Hong Kong, so virtual collaboration has been part of day-to-day life for everyone at Maximum, long before Covid arrived.

Who you are: a safe pair of hands looking for a step up
You’re an experienced marketing or campaign manager already, so you have a strong foundation in time and project management and a solid understanding of all the major ad platforms and site tracking analytics services. Analytical and naturally inquisitive, you love experimenting with processes and tweaking parameters to find that extra increment.   

You’re fluent in English, and ideally business proficient in Chinese, too. You’ve got advanced skills in data-processing software like Excel, Powerpoint and Tableau – but really it’s your expert communication skills that enables you to transform quantitative data into vivid, relatable insights and insights for clients and colleagues.
