Strategic Program Manager (Precision / Semicon Manufacturing)

Responsibilities 

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to manage communication and project updates. 
• Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality requirements. 
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and execution strategies to achieve project objectives. 
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and technical teams, to ensure effective project execution. 
• Identify project risks, implement mitigation plans, and resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery. 
• Monitor project budgets, costs, progress, and performance while providing regular reports to management. 
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. 

Requirements 

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline. 
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience within the manufacturing industry. 
• Strong knowledge and industry network in semiconductor, life sciences, or medical-related industries will be advantageous. 
• Strong project planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
